The revamped office significantly raises the bar for modern work spaces and reflects the progressive vision of the Dee Why team.
Andrew Read, Co-Principal and Wealth Manager at Dee Why, said, “The opening night was a success, everyone enjoyed themselves and it was a chance for us to celebrate an important business milestone…It was also a chance to reflect on how far we’ve come from the days when our branch consisted of two desks pushed together in the storeroom of a solicitor’s office.”
“The new branch was a large investment; however we feel this is important for us to attract the right people such as clients, referrers and most importantly the right team. We wanted somewhere for all of us to feel proud to walk into each day,” he said.
It’s one of the latest examples of branches embracing the new branding.
“Our new visual identity is coming to life in branches like Dee Why who have invested and actively upgraded their shop design – they’ve done an outstanding job adopting the new colours and style to these very impressive premises,” said Scott Graham, Chief Commercial Officer.
Head of Business Development Andrew Morello, has worked closely with the Dee Why team since their inception six-years ago and was a guest speaker at the event.
He said, “I’ve pounded the pavement with Lachlan and Andrew since the early days of handing out YBR stress balls at Manly Wharf. Both men have grown into exceptional individuals and exceptional small business owners, who are now providing a world-class experience to clients.”
Mr Morello explained the significance of their new position as a flagship branch, stating, “Dee Why now stand as leaders and role models for the company and are no longer just operators of the business, but contributors to it.”
