Vow Financial has appointed Adam Flint to head up the expansion of the Vow Mentoring Program.

The new internal program is low cost making broking a viable career option for more new brokers to get the ongoing training and support they need.

Vow Financial (Vow) is announcing the appointment of Adam Flint as National Mentor Relationship Manager of Vow Mentoring.

The recently expanded program, Vow Mentoring is a comprehensive internal mentoring program for new market entrants. It is an enhancement of the existing program that trained broker mentors through the MFAA.

Mr Flint comes into this role with over 10 years of experience in the industry including holding roles with Loan Market, Spark Digital and Savills. He established a similar program in his previous role and is an expert on the aggregation software offered within Vow.

Attracted to Vow’s culture of nurturing brokers, Mr Flint is committed to ensuring his mentees have access to the best support and services available in the market.

“I’m very excited to be coming onboard in this growth period for Vow. We soft launched in New South Wales two months ago with 10 brokers and are quickly gaining momentum with 10 more starting. The program is expanding nationally in February. I wholeheartedly believe that with proper mentoring, finance brokers have the best possible chance at launching sustainable new businesses. I’m looking forward to doing all I can to help them succeed,” Mr Flint said.

National Sales Manager Leighton King said: “Mr Flint is one of the best in the industry and we are proud to have him take the reins of our national mentoring program. It was time to take the program to the next level and given Mr Flint’s extensive experience using the Vow software platform plus market knowledge, he was a natural choice for the job.”

“We can see growing demand to be part of a quality training program with access to an experienced mentor. Other aggregators have created programs but we find that many times they price them at such a high cost that they become unaffordable for new brokers. We are excited to see Mr Flint accelerate our entrants’ path to business success,” Mr King said.

The two year Vow Mentoring program incurs a $1,000 one-off entry cost. To find out more and what it includes visit: http://www.vow.com.au/mentoring.
