Mark Bouris is one of Australia’s most well respected businessmen, with a career that spans three decades in the financial services industry. Since its inception in 2007, Yellow Brick Road has built a national network of 60 branches with the aim to bring financial services to the streets. Mark is the author of 'Wealth Wizard' and 'The Yellow Brick Road to Your Financial Security', and he writes a number of financial columns for some of Australia’s most recognised publications. He’s a board member of the Sydney Roosters, an adjunct professor at the University of NSW, and the host of Channel 9’s 'The Apprentice Australia'.
Adrian Bouris has over 25 years experience in corporate finance and corporate and commercial law. He is presently a principal and managing director of BBB Capital, a boutique advisory and investment company. Prior to founding BBB Capital, he was managing director of the Australian investment banking division of ING Bank N.V, and was previously a director of SG Hambros Australia. He was also a non-executive director of and corporate finance adviser to Wizard prior to its sale to GE in 2004. Adrian holds the degrees of Bachelor of Commerce (UNSW) and Bachelor of Laws (UNSW), is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, and is a non-executive director of Surfing New South Wales.
Owen has a 30 year background in investment management, finance and investment banking, including extended periods in senior finance roles with Bain & Company, Babcock and Brown and Societe Generale. In 2004 he entered consultancy and has since been engaged in project management and financing undertakings including projects in the gas chemicals, aviation and LNG industries. Owen served on the Boards of Hobart International Airport from 2000-2008, Hobart Ports Corporation from 2003-2006 and Tasmanian Ports Corporation from 2006. Owen holds Bachelor of Economics and Master of Taxation degrees. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Securities Institute of Australia.
David has substantial experience in the media industry. He has worked with PBL/Nine since 2005 and is currently the Head of Strategy and Digital for Nine Entertainment Co. and Managing Director of Nine Entertainment Co's investment fund, Nine Ventures.
Scott Jones has over 15 years experience in international marketing and corporate and strategic management. Scott is currently employed as Executive General Manager, Student Recruitment for listed education provider Navitas. This Division currently comprises over 500 staff in 41 offices throughout India, China and Europe and provides over 5000 students to universities worldwide. Prior to working with Navitas, Scott held sales and management positions with Coca-Cola Amatil, Lloyds of London press and Uncle Bens of Australia, a subsidiary of Mars Corporation. Scott holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University. He has completed the Company Directors Course Diploma and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
