It provides a discounted rate of up to 0.40% from our low standard variable, Homebase loan or 0.10% from our low fixed rate, Futureproof loan. An offset account is available if required. Loan-to-Property Valuation Ratio (LVR)
  • Maximum Loan-to-Property Value Ratio (LVR) is 95%.
  • Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI) required if LVR exceeds 80%.
  • For refinance transactions, a maximum LVR of 90% applies (including Lenders Mortgage Insurance costs).
Specific fees

  • Annual Package subscription fee is $350.
